General orientation programs: Conducted within the context of the university`s general orientation program for new students. Mainly, physical tours of the library made in the same period are considered in the overall orientation programs.
Individual programs: Education and support programs designed for individuals or small groups according to their curriculum, scope of project, research areas and interests. It can be arranged on request received from individuals and groups, as it can be scheduled by the library unit. Users need to make contact via email to use the library databases or user training programs.
User training programs: “User Training Programs" are carried out by Library and Documentation Directorate in order for users to make the maximum use of all the resources that the library have. These training programs about databases and the use of the library catalog with other library services are provided by specialist librarians and aims to inform users.
