Academic staff, under the conditions of the counter-library, can borrow books from other university libraries through the library.

Members of the University Scholars
• To borrow books from other university’s libraries, the user should click "ILL Request" tab on the library’s website. After "Log in" from the menu, the "ILL request" form on the left corner of the page must be filled and saved.
The number of books that can be borrowed from the relevant university libraries and return time is governed by ILL regulations set by the library.
Information is given to the owner via phone or e-mail when the requested publication arrives.
Other University Libraries
Other universities make their requests through TUBESS or KITS (ANKOS Interlibrary Loan Tracking System)
ILL requests made to our library are evaluated in accordance with general instructions for lending and then the lending is confirmed.
10 books is given per library for 15 days.
Libraries have the right to extend once.
The same will be obtained in the event of lost or is damaged material.
The library reserves the right to recall resources in case of need the interlibrary loan resources for library users.
